Knowledge discovery can be defined as the process of identifying<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; new and relevant knowledge units from large amount of data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Predictive modelling aims at predicting outcomes,<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; on the basis of previously\/elsewhere observed variables. <\/p>\n<p>I use these computer and data science approaches, plus healthcare data,<br \/>\nto study <strong>drug response variability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>My 2020 CV: <a href=\"http:\/\/members.loria.fr\/ACoulet\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/138\/files\/sites\/138\/2020\/12\/cv_adrien_fr.pdf\">in French, on Dec. 2020<\/a>, &#8212;
