More precisely, I do my teaching at Computer Science department of the <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"http:\/\/fst.univ-lorraine.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facult\u00e9 des Sciences et Technologies (FST) Nancy<\/a>. Also, I am a member of <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"http:\/\/adagio.loria.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adagio team<\/a> of the laboratory <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"http:\/\/www.loria.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LORIA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Image, Processing and Tomography Lab\u00a0of <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cea.fr\/paris-saclay\/Pages\/Accueil.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> CEA-Saclay<a>, France. I was working on a project about volumic accelerated reconstruction algorithm in X-ray tomography for early osteoarthrisis diagnostic, low dose and low cost.<\/p>\n<p>I received my PhD in Oct. 2013 from <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paris-est-sup.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Universit\u00e9 Paris-Est Marne-la-Vall\u00e9e (UPEMLV)<\/a>, France.\u00a0My thesis is entitled <strong>Rigid transformations on 2D digital images: Combinatorial and topological analysis<\/strong>, and was carried out in the A3SI team of the <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/siteigm.univ-mlv.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Laboratoire d&rsquo;Informatique Gaspard Monge\u00a0(LIGM) <\/a> at <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/www.esiee.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ESIEE-Paris<\/a> Engineering school, under the supervision of Prof. <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/kenmochi.users.greyc.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Yukiko Kenmochi<\/a> and <a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/hugues-talbot.github.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Hugues Talbot <\/a>and\u00a0<a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"http:\/\/crestic.univ-reims.fr\/membre\/1542-nicolas-passat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nicolas Passat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>My research topic is in the area of <strong>Discrete Geometry and Topology<\/strong>, applied for <strong>Computer Vision and Image Analysis<\/strong>. I focus in particular on geometric transformations (rigid motions, affine transformation, &#8230;) and the combinatorial structure modelling the parameter space of such transformations on arbitrary finite subset of Z<sup>2<\/sup>\/Z<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>I am also interested in <strong>Tomographic Imaging<\/strong>, and my post doctoral project was on 3D reconstruction algorithms based on sparse reconstruction with TV regularisation in X-ray tomography (CT).<\/p>\n<p>I am currently working on <strong>Digital Curve Analysis<\/strong>.
