Léo Darrigade

I am a postdoctoral researcher at INRIA in the BIGS team. I work with Nicolas Champagnat and Ulysse Herbach on the stochastic modelling of resistance to cancer targeted therapies. I did my PhD at INRAE in the MaIAGE team, under the supervision of Béatrice Laroche and Simon Labarthe. I worked on the modelling of the intestinal epithelium and its interactions with the microbiota, using stochastic individual-based model as well as partial differential equations obtained as limits.
