I have been involved in various projects dealing with biological data integration and mining for knowledge extraction.<\/li>\n<li>From January 1st, 2015, to September 15, 2019, I was a member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loria.fr\/equipes\/capsid\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> CAPSID team<\/a> (Team leader : Dave Ritchie). CAPSID stands for Computational Algorithms for Protein Structure and Interactions.
