{"id":22,"date":"2015-06-15T11:01:33","date_gmt":"2015-06-15T09:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/members.loria.fr\/thierrygartiser\/?page_id=22"},"modified":"2023-11-29T12:25:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T10:25:03","slug":"projets","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/members.loria.fr\/MDDevignes\/projets\/","title":{"rendered":"Projets"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">COFECUB-CAPES project with Brazil (2023-2026)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A new COFECUB-CAPES project has started in 2023 for three years between the Capsid Team, the Catholic University of Brasilia (UCB for \u00ab\u00a0Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de Bras\u00edlia\u00a0\u00bb) and the State University of Maring<span class=\"yKMVIe\" role=\"heading\">\u00e1 (UEM for \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>Universidade Estadual de Maring\u00e1\u00a0\u00bb)<span class=\"yKMVIe\" role=\"heading\">. Des scores de graphes originaux seront d\u00e9finis sur la base des connaissances disponibles sur les interactions qui composent ces graphes et par une estimation statistique de significativit\u00e9 au sein du r\u00e9seau complexe. Ces scores seront optimis\u00e9s individuellement ou en combinaison pour leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 discriminer les sous-graphes reliant les pathologies de l\u2019insuffisance cardiaque \u00e0 des biomarqueurs connus. Ils seront ensuite appliqu\u00e9s aux sous-graphes correspondant \u00e0 des biomarqueurs candidats afin de les classer par ordre de pertinence.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2019, Amina Ahmed-Nacer has been recruited on a Region-CHRU <a href=\"http:\/\/members.loria.fr\/MDDevignes\/postdocannouncement_graphscore_2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">postdoc offer<\/a> to work with me on this project.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">PROJET FIGHT-HF (2015-2020)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>FIGHT-HF is for FIGHT Heart Failure, in French \u00ab\u00a0Combattre l&rsquo;insuffisance cardiaque\u00a0\u00bb. Ce projet de recherche hospitalo universitaire (RHU) a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Hospitalo-Universitaire CARTAGE (Cardiac and Arterial Ageing) du CHRU Nancy Brabois. ITM2P est pour Innovations Technologiques, Mod\u00e9lisation et M\u00e9decine Personnalis\u00e9e. Ce projet est construit autour de 4 plateformes : SMEC, SCIARAT, IMTI et COPHEBIOB (voir sch\u00e9ma ci-dessous), en interaction avec une 5\u00e8me plateforme (BIOS) qui ne d\u00e9pend pas directement du CPER ITM2P. Il est port\u00e9 par la Pr. Nathalie Leblond-Bourget du laboratoire DynAMic (UMR 1128 INRA Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine).
