COFECUB-CAPES project with Brazil (2023-2026)
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

A new COFECUB-CAPES project has started in 2023 for three years between the Capsid Team, the Catholic University of Brasilia (UCB for \u00ab\u00a0Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de Bras\u00edlia\u00a0\u00bb) and the State University of Maring\u00e1 (UEM for \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>Universidade Estadual de Maring\u00e1\u00a0\u00bb). This project entitled \u00ab\u00a0New drugs against invasive fungal infections: from hits to optimised leads through machine learning\u00a0\u00bb wants to continue the previous work of Bernard Maigret from the Capsid team with microbiologists at UCB and UEM.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

In this context, I have the great opportunity to spend a few days in Brasilia and in Maring\u00e1<\/span> from 19 to 30 November 2023.<\/p>\n

I will give two seminars at UCB and one at UEM and also propose several tutorials or master classes for interested students from these two universities.<\/span><\/p>\n

PROJET GraphScore-2 (Contrat d’interface avec le CHRU Nancy-> dec 2020)<\/h3>\n

L\u2019objectif de ce projet est de noter des sous-graphes extraits d\u2019un r\u00e9seau d\u2019interactions complexes, en lien avec des recherches cliniques visant \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux biomarqueurs de l\u2019insuffisance cardiaque. Des scores de graphes originaux seront d\u00e9finis sur la base des connaissances disponibles sur les interactions qui composent ces graphes et par une estimation statistique de significativit\u00e9 au sein du r\u00e9seau complexe. Ces scores seront optimis\u00e9s individuellement ou en combinaison pour leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 discriminer les sous-graphes reliant les pathologies de l\u2019insuffisance cardiaque \u00e0 des biomarqueurs connus. Ils seront ensuite appliqu\u00e9s aux sous-graphes correspondant \u00e0 des biomarqueurs candidats afin de les classer par ordre de pertinence.<\/p>\n

In July 2019, Amina Ahmed-Nacer has been recruited on a Region-CHRU postdoc offer<\/a> to work with me on this project.<\/p>\n

PROJET FIGHT-HF (2015-2020)
\n<\/span><\/h3>\n

FIGHT-HF is for FIGHT Heart Failure, in French \u00ab\u00a0Combattre l’insuffisance cardiaque\u00a0\u00bb. Ce projet de recherche hospitalo universitaire (RHU) a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Hospitalo-Universitaire CARTAGE (Cardiac and Arterial Ageing) du CHRU Nancy Brabois. Le Loria (MD Devignes et Malika Sma\u00efl-Tabbone) coordonne le WP5 : \u00ab\u00a0Network-based analysis and integration\u00a0\u00bb dans lequel des recherches sont men\u00e9es autour d’une plateforme en science des r\u00e9seaux pour int\u00e9grer les connaissances sur l’insuffisance cardiaque ainsi que les donn\u00e9es des cohortes \u00e9tudi\u00e9es dans le projet, afin de proposer une aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision pour le diagnostic, le traitement et la pr\u00e9vention des diff\u00e9rentes formes d’insuffisance cardiaque.<\/p>\n

CPER ITM2P (2015-2020)<\/h3>\n

Le contrat de plan Etat-R\u00e9gion Sant\u00e9 2015-2020 est pilot\u00e9 par l’INSERM. ITM2P est pour Innovations Technologiques, Mod\u00e9lisation et M\u00e9decine Personnalis\u00e9e. Ce projet est construit autour de 4 plateformes : SMEC, SCIARAT, IMTI et COPHEBIOB (voir sch\u00e9ma ci-dessous), en interaction avec une 5\u00e8me plateforme (BIOS) qui ne d\u00e9pend pas directement du CPER ITM2P. La plateforme SMEC (Simulation, Mod\u00e9lisation et Extraction de Connaissances) est coordonn\u00e9e par Malika Sma\u00efl-Tabbone et MD Devignes (Loria), Eliane Albuisson (IECL) et Fran\u00e7ois Dehez (SRSMC).<\/p>\n

Projet LUE CITRAM (2017-2019)<\/h3>\n

Ce projet Lorraine Universit\u00e9 d’Excellence \u00e9tudie la Conception d’Inhibiteurs\u00a0 du Transfert de R\u00e9sistances aux agents Anti-Microbiens. Il est port\u00e9 par la Pr. Nathalie Leblond-Bourget du laboratoire DynAMic (UMR 1128 INRA Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine). La partie Loria est coordonn\u00e9e par MD Devignes et concerne d’une part le criblage virtuel d’inhibiteurs du site actif de la relaxase du syst\u00e8me ICESt3, d’autre part la mod\u00e9lisation des interactions entre cette relaxase et l’ADN qui est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 d’une cellule \u00e0 l’autre.<\/p>\n
