Although I was not able to redirect all my research activity on Covid-19, I was happy and honoured to contribute to several initiatives :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/fairdomhub.org\/projects\/190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Covid-19 disease map<\/a> under the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.france-bioinformatique.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IFB<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/elixir-europe.org\/platforms\/interoperability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ELIXIR Interoperability Platform<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Interfering with SARS-Cov-2 virus entry into the cell through inhibition of spike-ACE2 interaction (with Bernard Maigret and external collaborators)<\/li>\n<li>Visualizing Covid-19 tests distribution using Sankey Diagrams (with Malika Sma\u00efl-Tabbone and Salma Aziz)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Results of the last two projects will be available soon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research on SARS-Cov-2 virus has grown exponentially in recent months.
