The fact that Lemma 5.2 is wrong impacts the proofs of the following
statements in https://arxiv.org/abs/1402.7205v3:
 - Thm. 5.3, 
 - the bound for d_wit in Coro. 6.1,
 - the bound for d_wit in Thm. 6.2.
