Line sieving was done by P. Montgomery and H. te Riele at the CWI, by
F. Bahr and his family, and by NFSNET (which at that time consisted of
D. Leclair, Paul Leyland [ working for Microsoft Res. Ltd ] and
R. Wackerbarth).
