Software
IceSL - (2015-present)
I contribute a little to the team's flagship software,
IceSL, a state of
the art slicer (STL => G-code) with advanced modeling capabilities.
Graphite - LifeExplorer (2010-2013)
I'm implementing tools for protein surface meshing and DNA modeling in space,
as a plugin for the
Graphite
software and in collaboration with
the
Fondation Fourmentin-Guilbert.

2009-2012: Delaunay triangulations (2009-2012)
I have implemented a robust and dynamic (and fast) Delaunay
triangulation in any dimension (see this
paper).
It was included in the
CGAL
library with the help of Olivier Devillers and Clément Jamin.
The documentation of the package is available here:

2003-2005: MobiNet
A long time ago, I have participated in the development of
MobiNet, a nice software for
educating a young audience to the joy of science. Download and try it!
