License and how to cite

MSVMpack is released under the GPL, of which a copy can be found in MSVMpack/gpl.txt. This package includes lp_solve¹⁴, which is used to solve the linear programming problems, and mongoose¹⁵ for the web server.

When referring to the software, please include the following citation:
