  • Construction of a corpus (DinG – Dialogues in Games, in French) of real-life data composed of transcriptions of recordings of people playing the board game Catan

  • Title: Social embedding of political argumentation
  • Advisor: Chris Reed
  • Automatic mining of intertextual correspondences between political argumentation and social media reactions to it. Analysed intertextual correspondences between arguments mined from American primaries debates and arguments mined from comments on the Reddit social media.

  • Title: Contribution à la détection de systèmes de valeurs et de catégories de consommateurs en analyse d’opinion
  • Advisor: Patrick St. Dizier
  • Contribution to the detection of value systems and of consumers categories in opinion analysis. Analysed opinion, argumentation and consumers categories using data provided by IMDb (Internet Movie Database) and successfully developed a modified version of TextCoop (tool for discourse analysis developed by Patrick St. Dizier et al.).
